  • Can I customise my basket?
    Yes. If you need to customise your basket, please send us a message on WhatsApp with your requirements and we will come back to you to tell you if this is feasible and how much it would cost.
  • Can I order from outside Jordan for delivery in Jordan?
    Yes! Currently we do not allow credit card payments but for orders from outside Jordan, please do the following: Complete your order online and specify recipient delivery address. Add a note in your order specifying that you wish to pay using Western Union. We will send you payment details. Complete Western Union payment online and send us a confirmation image. Once we receive your payment, we will deliver your basket to the recipient in Jordan.
  • Can I add a video message to the recipient?
    Yes! Send us your video message on WhatsApp and we will show it to the recipient upon delivery
  • Can I return or exchange my basket?
    Unfortunately, and due to the hand-prepared nature of our gift baskets, we cannot accept returns/exchanges.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order up to 8 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
